Export German holidays as CSV or iCalendar

The data export is useful when holidays should not only be viewed on the website, but reused in calendars, spreadsheets, HR tools or internal planning systems. Select the year range, the relevant content types and the target profile, then download a CSV or iCalendar file for the selected setup.

For private planning, Google uses a CSV import profile, while Outlook and Apple work best with iCalendar. For companies, the raw CSV and enterprise-oriented profiles make it easier to process public holidays, regional holidays and optional school breaks for Germany in downstream tools.

Use the holiday planner when you want to choose individual vacation days before exporting, and the calendar weeks overview for quarter and week-based coordination. Use the school holiday overview for region-specific school-break periods.

Which export profile should I choose?

Use Google CSV or iCalendar for Outlook and Apple for personal calendars. Use the default CSV or an enterprise-oriented profile when the data will be imported into HR, ERP or reporting systems.

Can school holidays be included?

Yes. Enable school holidays if the export should also contain official school-break periods for Germany. For detailed comparison by region, use the school-holiday overview.

Why are delimiters selectable?

Some spreadsheet and enterprise tools expect commas, while German-language Excel setups often work better with semicolons. Choose the delimiter that matches the target system.
